Darwin "Japat" Guevarra is a highly regarded Filipino artist.  After becoming one of the select artists to exhibit his work in the Outdoor Art Project 2012 he painstakingly drew, cut out, riveted and painted each component to form his inspiration and love for Dubai, entitled 'City of the Dreamers'.  The piece features many different details and elements that are familiar with residents of the city.  Japat's masterpiece is divided into seven parts, and was connected and combined before being displayed.  Japat has created his perception of what is famous in Dubai in his 9m by 3m artwork.

The completed project will be featured in the Outdoor Art Project 2012, behind the Executive Towers of Business Bay.
