From a technical point of view, this image by staff photographer Pawan Singh breaks so many rules – a man in the foreground out of focus, with his head off the top of the frame and one leg cut off at the bottom of the frame; and other players in the background with feet and an arm cut off by the edges of the frame.
But the faces of the players and their jubilant reaction to winning keeps your eyes focused tightly on them – proving the rules of photography can be broken.
