Burst water pipe closes JESS school in Arabian ranches

DUBAI // A primary and secondary school were forced to close this morning due to a burst water pipe.

Pupils of both the primary and secondary school's at Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS) in Arabian Ranches were sent home upon arrival at the school.

Text messages and emails are believed to have been sent by the school to parents at around 7.50am.

Officials at the school are not yet certain the problem will be rectified by tomorrow.
