The birthday of the Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) on Friday falls on an official holiday, meaning Government workers, pupils and students will not be otherwise compensated, WAM, the state news agency, reports. The news came through a circular issued this week to all federal ministries and institutions by Humaid al Qattami, the Minister of Education and Chairman of Board of Directors of the Federal Authority for Human Resources.
