Patrick Vieira has said he will leave Inter Milan of he does not play more games for the Italian champions. The French midfielder, who has been plagued by injuries lately, has played 194 minutes in Serie A this season and was left out of the France squad for this month's World Cup qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Austria. "My situation seems to be complicated because I do not play. But I do not want to draw any conclusion before December," Vieira, told L'Equipe.
"If my situation does not evolve, I will make the necessary decisions." Asked whether he would leave Inter during the winter transfer window, he said: "If nothing changes, yes." Inter are at home to Udiense today and know a win will put them top of the table by a point. A win for Udinese could push them up to second. In today's other Serie A game, Bari face Catania. In Spain, Barcelona's Bojan Krkic is back in training with the rest of the squad but fellow striker Thierry Henry is still struggling with a thigh strain ahead of the visit of Almeria today.
A win will put Barca three points clear at the top of the table, while Almeria have taken just one point on their travels so far. "It's difficult to go for a victory away to Barcelona, but not impossible. Espanyol achieved it last year playing a particular way and that's a good reference point," said the Almeria coach Hugo Sanchez said. Elsewhere, Atletico Madrid face Real Zaragoza and Tenerife play Deportivo La Coruña.
