The Tennessee Titans have trounced Jacksonville 30-3 to join a three-way tie for the lead atop the NFL's AFC South division.
Titans quarterback Vince Young was knocked out of game on the second series of plays with a sprained left knee, and back-up Kerry Collins stepped in to lead Tennesee on five consecutive scoring drives.
Young, who threw a 23-yard touchdown pass to Kenny Britt, was injured when he fumbled a snap and Jacksonville's Terrance Knighton fell on his leg.
The Titans improved to 4-2, the same record as division rivals Houston and Indianapolis, while division foes Jacksonville fell to 3-3.
Collins completed 11 of 16 passes for 110 yards and a touchdown, and Chris Johnson rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown for Tennessee.
The Jaguars, meanwhile, find themselves in a regrettably familiar position, trailing in a division in which they finished last the past two seasons.
Jaguars quarterback David Garrard left the game late in first half with a concussion and was replaced by Trent Edwards. On three drives inside the Titans 20 yard line, the Jaguars turned it over twice and had to settle for a short field goal by Josh Scobee.
Edwards, the former Buffalo starter who was claimed off waivers just three weeks ago, made his first appearance for Jacksonville.
