MIRPUR, BANGLADESH // Abdur Razzak, the spinner, claimed four for 14 to help Bangladesh secure a comprehensive 65-run victory against Zimbabwe.
Having lost the toss and been asked to bat first, the hosts recovered from a nervy start to reach 246 for seven with their captain Shakib al Hasan (73) and Mushfiqur Rahim (63) doing the damage at the Shere Bangla National Stadium.
No Zimbabwe batsman apart from Prosper Utseya (67) could manage a decent response, as Razzak's superb effort helped dismiss the visitors for 181 to give the Tigers a 2-1 lead in the series.
"We have been playing good cricket," Shakib said. "Mashrafe [Mortaza] bowled well and I am very happy with Razzak's efforts."
