He also got a late equaliser to earn his side a point with Everton. <strong>Harry Redknapp, QPR </strong>For Queens Park Rangers' new manager, the only way is up. Without a win in 13 league games, Redknapp – who has managed four other Premier League clubs – has a tough task, but the failings of Mark Hughes mean it will be easy to surpass his meagre effort. <strong>Newcastle United </strong> After last season’s sixth-placed finish, expectations were high this term but Newcastle are just four points above the relegation zone. Alan Pardew, the manager, expressed his concern at only one win in their last eight matches. <strong>Fans </strong>Sunday saw two disappointing displays from supporters in England's top flight. The Chelsea crowd booing their new manager was overshadowed by the West Ham United fans, chanting racist abuse and mocking the midweek stabbing of a Tottenham supporter in Rome. <strong>Reading </strong>When the opposing keeper literally throws the ball into his own net to gift you a goal, the thing to do would be take advantage of the gloveman's nerves and pepper him with shots.
