Here is your weekly look at the best images from the last seven days in the sporting world.

In football, a hat-trick from Ali Mabkhout helped ensure the UAE continued their winning start to World Cup 2022 qualification as Indonesia were dispatched 5-0 in Dubai.

The goals took Mabkhout’s international tally to 54 and makes the 29-year-old the country's all-time leading marksman.

On the tennis court, former world No 1 Andy Murray continued his recovery from serious hip injury at the Shanghai Masters.

After a battling win over Juan Ignacio Londero, the Scot was then beaten in a bad-tempered clash with the Italian Fabio Fognini.

At the Rugby World Cup, an experimental New Zealand side scored 11 tries as they hammered Namibia 71-9 in Japan.
