The four jerseys the riders will be competing for at the 2017 Abu Dhabi Tour, and what each one represents.
Red Jersey — General Classification by Time
The Red Jersey will be worn by the overall leader of the race and eventual winner based on having the quickest overall time.
Green Jersey — General Classification by Points
The Green Jersey will be worn by the peloton’s fastest rider. This is the one the Abu Dhabi Tour’s specialist sprinters will be competing for.
White Jersey — Best Young Rider Classification by Time
The White Jersey will be worn by the fastest rider under 25 years old in the overall classification.
Black Jersey — Intermediate Sprint Classification
The Black Jersey will be worn by the rider who gains the most Intermediate Sprint points throughout the race.
