A glum-looking Martin Kaymer features on the National Sport front page on Monday, January 19 after the German golfer blew a 10-shot lead at the 2015 Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship.
The world No 12 had led since the first round and at one point during Sunday’s final round looked like he might break his own record of the lowest score around the National Course.
However, a meltdown on the back nine, coupled with some inspired golf by Gary Stal saw the Frenchman steal in and clinch the title.
