Kyle Lowry's first career triple-double helped the Houston Rockets clinch their fourth-straight NBA win with a 110-108 triumph over the Utah Jazz.

Lowry had 28 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists and Kevin Martin scored 34 points as Houston moved within a game of eighth-placed Memphis in the Western Conference.

Elsewhere, a career-high 30 points from Carlos Delfino lifted Milwaukee to a 100-95 victory over the New York Knicks.

The win moved the Bucks into a tie for ninth place with Charlotte in the Eastern Conference — a game and a half behind Indiana for the final play-off berth.

In other games, the Washington Wizards overturned a 17-point deficit to sink the New Jersey Nets 98-92, the Atlanta Hawks ended a two-game skid with a 104-96 win over the Detroit Pistons and the Sacramento Kings won 127-95 against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the battle of the Western Conference's bottom two.
