The Premier League resumes this week following a three-month hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Tottenham Hotspur reversed their decision to use the government's furlough scheme following criticism from their own supporters, and will instead pay staff in full.

Chairman Daniel Levy was one of 550 non-playing staff at Tottenham due to take a pay cut to "protect jobs" amid the coronavirus crisis.

Last season's Champions League finalists struggled for form before the shutdown, and need to finish the season strongly if they are to finish in the top four.

Jose Mourinho's side are currently eighth, four points off Chelsea in fourth. The Portuguese faces one of his former clubs, Manchester United, in Spurs' first game back on Friday.
