Tottenham Hotspur moved back above Liverpool to the top of the Premier League following a goalless draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Both sides had the chance to win an otherwise cagey affair in injury time at the end of the 90 minutes.

First of all, Chelsea substitute Olivier Giroud could have won it, but he shot meekly at Hugo Lloris, after being put through by a weak header back by Spurs’ debutant centre-back Joe Rodon.

The away side themselves then had the chance to take all three points, again following a defensive error, this time by Kurt Zouma. But Giovani Lo Celso shot wide.
