Real Madrid take on Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday evening.

Real were convincing 3-1 winners over Copa del Rey holders Valencia in the semi-final, while Atletico claimed a thrilling 3-2 victory against La Liga champions Barcelona.

It is now left to the two clubs from the Spanish capital to determine who will be crowned the first victors of the revamped Super Cup, which is taking place at King Abdullah Sports City.

Ahead of the showdown, Real Madrid players and staff took part in one final training session to prepare for Atletico, the best photos of which can be found in the photo gallery above.
