Raul Jimenez on the mend but he might be wanting a pay rise! Wolves stars' weekly salaries - in pictures

Wolves are having another excellent Premier League campaign despite the loss of star striker Raul Jimenez.

The 29-year-old Mexico international needed surgery on a fractured skull after a clash of heads with Arsenal defender David Luiz in November, but is now on the mend.

Jimenez visited the Wolves training ground last week and manager Nuno Espirito Santo said: "He's getting better. He will return stronger.

"There's no timetable, no date on that because first of all he has to recover his health and then we think about him returning. But it's positive."

Daniel Podence and Pedro Neto have stepped up with goals in Jimenez's absence but the Mexican has left a major hole in the team.

Jimenez scored 27 goals last season - but he is well down the list of top earners at the Midlands club, not even breaking into the top 10.

According to Spotrac, an online sports team and player contract website, Joao Moutinho gets the joint top salary, collecting a weekly pay packet of £100,000 ($135,000).

Above is a photo gallery of the Wolves squad and their weekly salaries for the 2020/21 season.
