You will not find many better saves than the double effort Heurelho Gomes summoned to deny West Ham United's Mark Arnautovic on Sunday night.

The Brazilian was superb in keeping the visitors at bay as Watford registered a 2-0 win at Vicarage Road to end a run of three straight defeats.

Bournemouth's impressive 4-0 win over Huddersfield Town owed as much to the Nathan Ake's presence at the back after Eddie Howe's side were reduced to 10 men following Simon Francis' red card just before half time as the returning Callum Wilson's hat-trick.

Speaking of returns, Paul Pogba's restoration to the Manchester United midfield from injury added quality to Jose Mourinho's line up. The Frenchman supplied the cross for teammate Anthony Martial to head in an equaliser against Newcastle United before Pogba himself scored United's third in a 4-1 rout at Old Trafford.

Mohamed Saleh's double against Southampton took the Liverpool winger's tally to 14 goals in all competitions this season while Alexis Sanchez ended his long wait for a goal at the Emirates Stadium by scoring Arsenal's second in the North London derby win over bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
