Chelsea earned a deserved 2-0 win over Wolves on the final day of the Premier League season to finish fourth in the table and qualify for next season's Champions League.

Both goals came just before halftime, first from a stunning Mason Mount free-kick, before Olivier Giroud rounded off a counter-attack less than three minutes later.
