Manchester United stall Leicester celebration, but Chelsea stop Spurs — PL predictions

Full slate of 10 Premier League fixtures take place this weekend. The National sports editor Thomas Woods predicts the scores for each game. Click on the arrows to view the next photo or just swipe on your mobile device.

Everton 2 Bournemouth 2

Why? There could be a real end-of-season feel to this match. Neither side have anything to play for, Everton's big game was the FA Cup semi-final last week. Neither side has a great defensive record either so expect goals.

Newcastle 2 Crystal Palace 0

Why? With one eye on next month's FA Cup final, Palace aren't likely to put up much of a fight here. Newcastle need victory more and they will get it. They've actually played some decent football recently, holding both Manchester City and Liverpool to draws. And if there's a 50-50 ball to be won, who would you back? A player who wants to safeguard his starting spot in the Cup final or a player facing a pay cut when his side is relegated?

Stoke City 1 Sunderland 0

Why? Stoke have lost three in a row and conceded four goals in each game. Manager Mark Hughes won't want to let what has been a decent season fizzle out like this. While Sunderland have more on the line, not many teams roll into Stoke and come away with the points.

Watford 3 Aston Villa 0

Why? Watford suffered FA Cup semi-final heartbreak too, but they have the perfect game to give them a moral boosting win. Villa have hemorrhaged goals this season and struggle to score. Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney could have a field day up front.

West Brom 0 West Ham 1

Why? Slaven Bilic's men will keep fighting for a European spot and they have the tools to win at the Hawthorns. West Brom did well to hold Tottenham to a point on Monday night, especially coming from a goal down. However, they still pose the most threat from set pieces rather than open play. If West Ham stand firm in defence then they have plenty of match winners – Dimitri Payet, Andy Carroll, Manuel Lanzini - who could pull a winner out of the bag.

Arsenal 0 Norwich 0

Why? Arsenal have won just three of their last nine games and, while this fixture would usually produce a simple home win, there is more to consider. Norwich face Manchester United in their following fixture and really need to take some points from one of these games in their relegation fight. They will aim to defend in numbers and counter attack and we've seen that tactic work many times against Arsenal.

Swansea 1 Liverpool 0

Why? Jurgen Klopp is expected to completely change his team for the trip to Swansea, with the Europa League now his side's main priority. Although a second XI beat Bournemouth the last time their manager made major changes, Swansea at home – with pride on the line after 3-0 and 4-0 thrashings – should prove more difficult.

Manchester United 0 Leicester City 0

Why? Leicester can win the title with a win at Old Trafford, but expect them to miss Jamie Vardy's pace up front much more than they did in their 4-0 win over Swansea. For a start, they'll head to Manchester with a counter-attacking mindset and Vardy is a major part of that plan. A draw suits Leicester and they can wrap up the title in front of their home fans against Everton.

Southampton 1 Manchester City 1

Why? Manuel Pellegrini can take a tactical gamble here and rest Sergio Aguero, Kevin de Bruyne and Vincent Kompany. Those are the three players he needs to take down Real Madrid in their Champions League second leg. Although City are also still fighting domestically for a Champions League spot, they could lose at Southampton and still have destiny in their own hands. Expect a much changed City team to grab a point.

Chelsea 1 Tottenham 1

Why? Chelsea are going to be up for this match, with the chance to deny their London rivals the title. Eden Hazard is back and looked on form against Bournemouth last time out. And Spurs are missing Dele Alli. It should be a cracking game to watch, but I'd be surprised if Tottenham took three points.

Difference between fractional ownership and timeshare

Although similar in its appearance, the concept of a fractional title deed is unlike that of a timeshare, which usually involves multiple investors buying “time” in a property whereby the owner has the right to occupation for a specified period of time in any year, as opposed to the actual real estate, said John Peacock, Head of Indirect Tax and Conveyancing, BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates, a law firm.
