Burnley on the up in the Premier League ahead of hosting Manchester United: the Claret stars' weekly salaries - in pictures

Burnley are a side on the up after getting just one point from their first seven games in the 2020/21 Premier League season.

The start looked ominous for Sean Dyche's Clarets, and was somewhat of a surprise after their stellar campaign last season, finishing in a very comfortable 10th position.

However, since their 5-0 defeat at Manchester City at the end of November, Burnley's fortunes have turned around. They still sit in 16th position ahead of hosting Manchester United on Tuesday, but are clear of the bottom three after a string of decent results, including a 1-0 win at Arsenal.

They have also kept five clean sheets in 10 matches as manger Dyche has re-instilled their defensive resilience - though that will be put to the test against a United side with the incentive of going to Liverpool on Sunday as the new Premier League leaders with a victory at Turf Moor.

Burnley made the Europa League a couple of seasons ago, and while that target may be out of reach this season, it does mean their players have been well rewarded for past success.

So who is picking up the biggest pay packets at Turf Moor?

The photo gallery above reveals the weekly salaries of the Burnley squad in descending order. All data has been collated from Spotrac, an online sports team and player contract website. To move on to the next slide, click on the arrows, or if using a mobile device simply swipe.
