Winning and losing is all part of the game. But sometimes, it's just not your day.

While we all like to celebrate the greatest achievements on the field, we must remember that those moments were probably some of the worst for the opposition.

Here we look at a few such instances in cricket, including the biggest margins of defeats, lowest totals and most ducks. It is a reminder that we all have bad days.
