There’s no such thing as a free lunch. But there is such a thing as free fitness classes in Dubai. Motion Ladies Fitness Centre in Dubai will be offering free classes from March 19 until March 25.
The studio, which is in a converted villa with a garden for outdoor sessions in Umm Suqeim, will be hosting free classes for a week. Fitness classes at the studio cost from Dh110. But during the free trial period non-members can book themselves in for group taster sessions in TRX, barre, yoga, Pilates, reformer Pilates, Zumba and circuit training.
The offer is only open to non-members who will have to book in advance for the sessions. The centre also offers fitness packages starting from Dh3,300 and personal training from Dh400 for a session.
