Travellers to north India can now check in to the brand new Fairmont Jaipur. The 255-room five-star property is a few kilometres north of the city centre, close to the Amber Fort. Rooms are a minimum of 50 square metres, elegantly decorated with timber doors, opulent marble bathrooms and private foyers, but boasting high-speed Wi-Fi internet, media stations and 40-inch LCD TVs.
