If you book an Emirates flight between now and July 31, you may just be eligible for a cheap Uber fare to and from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Emirates passengers who book an Economy Flex Plus ticket can get two free rides to and from DXB from anywhere in Dubai, up to the value of Dh120 per trip. Passengers who are booked in Economy Flex will get 50 per cent off two rides, to and from DXB to anywhere in Dubai, up to the value of Dh60 per trip.
How to book
Dates are crucial – if you booked before June 2, you aren't eligible for the cheap rides. Flights have to be booked before July 31, for travel until August 31, 2019.
When you book Economy Flex Plus or Economy Flex tickets, you will receive a promotional code in the confirmation email from Emirates. Type that unique code into the promo code box on Uber and, hey presto, the discount will automatically be applied upon booking journeys to and from DXB.
The promo code box is found by hitting the hamburger icon on the Uber app, then clicking Payment and scrolling down to Promotions and hitting Add Promo Code.
