Kids' yoga
Register your children ages 4 to 12 for the Open Day at Just Be Holistic Centre, where families can take part in self-empowerment and self-actualisation workshops, as well as kids’ yoga and parent-and-child classes led by certified instructor Nerry Toledo (pictured). Jungle Adventure, for ages 4 to 6, lets children connect with nature through yoga by mixing games, breathing and postures, while families can also take part in a class that encourages strengthening their bonds.

Warehouse421 presents Community and Critique: SEAF Cohort 4, an exhibition of works by 15 artists marking the culmination of the year-long Salama bint Hamdan Emerging Artists Fellowship programme (SEAF).
