Shivam Manghnan, an Indian finance graduate who was born and raised in the UAE, joined Twitter in March 2009. He tweets 100 times a day about football.
"I joined out of curiosity but didn't start using properly for several months.
Now I tweet about 100 times a day and most of it is football related. It could be during a game or my opinion about some news in football. If there is big news, like Robin Van Persie leaving Arsenal, then I could tweet up to 200 times a day.
Twitter has made it much easier to communicate in the UAE. Six years ago I would rely on phone calls and meeting people in person but now I can get directly in touch with someone and if I have a query for Dubai Police or the RTA I can tweet them and get an answer back almost instantaneously.
Sometimes I'll speak to up to 30 people at one time. I don't know who these people are but they're all scattered all over the world. The recent UAE Dress Code conversation led to a lot of abuse and that's not something I would like to do.
To me, Twitter is not a place for serious discussion; it's a place for fun with a little bit of intelligent conversation thrown in.
Only a handful of my friends from college are on there and while my parents probably don't know how to use Twitter, my brother is on there. That's how we stay in touch."

Electoral College Victory
Trump has so far secured 295 Electoral College votes, according to the Associated Press, exceeding the 270 needed to win. Only Nevada and Arizona remain to be called, and both swing states are leaning Republican. Trump swept all five remaining swing states, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin, sealing his path to victory and giving him a strong mandate.

The flights

Water waste
