The event, which was attended by biking clubs including Royal Riders, Singh's Motorcycle Club, Black Eagles and Emirates Falcons, was followed by a dinner in Al Dhaid, Sharjah.

"[Love Zayed] started as a way to carry forward the message of the Father of the Nation, Sheikh Zayed, who had given so much to the country," said Gurnam Singh, Dubai resident and founder of Singh’s Motorcycle Club. "It's every individual's responsibility to carry forward his teachings from generation to generation."

In June, we spoke to Singh about the inclusive nature of the motorcycle community, including his club, Singh's Motorcycle Club (dubbed the Turbanators). “Our message is about brotherhood and we want to connect with every community,” he says proudly.

“It’s not a matter of white skin, black skin or whatever it is, it’s just brotherhood. We should all love each other; there should not be any hate.” The group's logo The group’s logo is a golden Khanda, the symbol of the Sikh faith, intertwined with a falcon and two feathers, each depicting two flags: that of India and the UAE.
