M's cold playlist

We thought it would be a challenge to put together a "cold" playlist that didn't include Christmas songs, but thanks to a wide range of suggestions, we came up with a long list. Some of these songs are about winter or longing for summer; some of them just play off words that have to do with ice and cold; and some of them put us in a chilly mood.
