Beachfront villa living on a Dubai island is usually associated with Palm Jumeirah and its fronds lined with a variety of property styles. The alternative is Pearl Jumeirah, the island made from reclaimed land close to Al Mina. This isn't just a party island, though, as it also contains plots for a few hundred villas and scope for buyers to build their ideal beachfront abode.
