TR!BECA, under the guidance of Chef Giovanni De Ambrosis, has launched a laid-back and healthy organic Friday brunch.
The Big Apple Brunch follows a recent trend of a late start, running from 2-6pm each Friday, and offers a mix of buffet serving and live cooking stations.
“Generally people associate brunches with unhealthy binge eating and drinking,” says Vesna Vrankovic, the eatery’s creative director. “At Tribeca we beg to differ. Our philosophy is that you should enjoy life and live it up, the key is to make smarter choices about what goes into your body.”
Resident DJ Stu Todd and an array of live musicians will be providing a soundtrack of music from the 1980’s and 1990’s. Located on the first floor of the Ocean View Hotel, The Walk in Jumeirah Beach Residences, the 400-seat restaurant has both indoor and outdoor tables. The New York-style loft interior has an urban vibe, its walls decorated with vibrant graffiti by Dubai/International street artists Justone and Onemizer.
