I was recently tested for food insensitivities by the in-demand Canadian naturopath (Dubai Medical Centre) and it turns out that dairy is a problem, something I never really considered. Although I feel better since I stopped drinking milk and eating cheese and yogurt, I haven't stopped cringing at the sound of myself asking for soy milk in my coffee - and I don't think I ever will.
