New pizza eatery Pi.Dubai opens at The Dubai Mall

The Pizza Guys have given their menu a gourmet spin at a new eatery Pi.Dubai in Dubai Mall.

Resident restauranteurs Amber Haque and Rami Badawi of The Pizza Guys in Dubai have teamed up with American chef Joseph Truex to come up with a menu filled with signature Neapolitan-Inspired pizzas and new flavours, with peekytoe crab, veal chop parmigiano and hot caramel cake topped with mint and flaky sea salt, for an upscale dining experience.

For those looking for Italian soul food, there are specials like the Merguez Pi, with house-made merger sausages, pickled peppers, cracked Palestinian olive, fior di latte and goat cheese with fresh mint is on there, as well.
