There’s a new restaurant on the block in Abu Dhabi, and if you’re a fan of Peruvian cuisine it will be right up your alley.
LIMO, at the new Bab Al Qasr Millennium Hotel on the corniche, is one of the few restaurants serving this kind of food in the capital and offers authentic Peruvian cuisine paired with a unique and modern service style.
Inspired by century old traditions, LIMO serves dishes that boast the best of the mountains, the coast and the jungle.
Each dish is an eclectic fusion of Asian, African, Spanish, British, and Italian cuisines inspired by the plethora of immigrants who came in search of mystery and romance and stayed to call Peru home.
There are no menus at LIMO, with the management opting to have the food presented tableside for guests to choose from. Dishes include Ceviche Aji Amarillo, Chupe Lobster, Amazonas and Tres Leches to name a few.
LIMO is open from Monday to Saturday from 7pm with dishes starting from Dh25. For bookings, call 02 205 3003 or email restaurants@babalqasr.com
