Super Chix, a restaurant chain for chicken lovers out of Dallas, Texas in the US, has opened its first brand in the Middle East — and the first outside Texas — at Riverland, Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Nick Ouimet, owner of Super Chix, says, “We’re excited to bring our classed up chicken joint to the heart of Dubai Parks and Resorts. In today’s global economy, restaurant brands no longer have to wait to expand internationally, and we look forward to our future in the Middle East.”
Super Chix uses preservative-free chicken that’s been marinated, hand-breaded and cooked in 100 per cent peanut oil. It only has two locations in Dallas, but has received plenty of attention in the city since opening the first branch in 2015. The menu is short and sweet with a handful of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders with special sauces (such as cucumber dill ranch), hand-cut fries made from russet potatoes and a signature line of frozen custard, made with a combination of Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans and Indonesian vanilla beans.
