For a limited time, Market Kitchen in Le Royal Meridien hotel will feature a Southeast Asian street food menu designed by Spice Market London’s chef Peter Lloyd.
The menu will showcase flavours from the streets of Vietnam, Thailand and more with dishes such as chargrilled chicken kumquat with lemongrass dressing; ginger fried rice; black pepper shrimp with sun-dried pineapple and Ovaltine kulfi. Food will be served continuously throughout the meal and placed in the centre of the table for diners to share.
Spice Market London is a sister restaurant to Market Kitchen. The street food menu is inspired by Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s travels throughout Southeast Asia (Vongerichten is the chef behind the Spice Market and Market Kitchen concepts).
