Suq Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Dubai
Suq, named after a traditional Arabian market, is serving traditional and international dishes to appeal to all tastes. The iftar buffet features hot and cold mezze, including watermelon carpaccio with smoked halloumi cheese, and beetroot salad with avocado labneh foam. Along with Arabian cuisine, diners can opt for sushi, sashimi, homemade pastas, a live barbecue station, tandoor dishes and more. The dessert station includes more than 18 flavours of homemade ice cream, along with crepes. Suq also has a shisha tent, with Arabian lanterns and live oud music that help to set the mood.
