We love everything about this new pan-Latin eatery in The Hub. The expansive venue is chic, trendy and is quickly climbing to the top of the capital’s most popular restaurants. The iftar sharing menu at Bu!, designed by Mexican head chef Humberto Canales, gives guests a sample of the restaurant’s signature dishes. This Lexus-themed restaurant keeps its focus on food and offers up a mix of buffet and dishes served tableside. Sample the all-you-can-eat bites displayed in the sunken kitchen, such as kale and avocado salad, chickpea and hazelnut salad, and heirloom tomatoes. Then choose your mains, which will come straight to the table. Options include chicken with butternut and spinach, Wagyu beef with Asian mushroom and black bean sauce, and mushroom and barley risotto with sour cream. For a sweet ending, don’t miss the chocolate cake with hazelnut sabayon.
