Gordon Ramsay is on his way back to Dubai: this time he's on a quest to bring us healthy food

Gordon Ramsay is returning to Dubai to launch his new 'Fit Food' menu at his British eatery Bread Street Kitchen & Bar on Atlantis The Palm.

The Fit Food menu is inspired by his new cookbook Gordon Ramsay Ultimate Fit Food, and he will appear at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar to host a dinner. Guests will be welcomed with a signature cocktail on arrival, followed by a four-course set menu featuring signatures from Gordon's new 'fit food' menu and cookbook, including British pea and coconut soup and tuna tartare with avocado to start, baked chicken with butternut beans, leeks and cabbage for the main and a 'cheesecake in a jam jar' for dessert.

The event is bring held as part of Atlantis The Palm's Culinary Month - meet and greets with the world's most celebrated chefs, pop-up events, competitions and demonstrations. Atlantis Culinary Month runs until 26 October 2018.
