Starting September 27, cooking enthusiasts can book a cooking class with Chef Edi, the head chef at Soul Restaurant at the Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. From 4pm to 6pm, Chef Edi will teach a maximum of six people per class how to cook a main course and dessert. Each participant will get an apron and recipe cards during the class. Soul Restaurant is a New York-style brasserie restaurant that focuses on fresh seafood, shellfish and steaks. At the end of each class, participants will be able to dine on the food prepared by Chef Edi. Cost for the class is Dh200 per person and will be held once a month.
