A branch of the two Michelin-starred Italian restaurant, Don Alfonso 1890, is set to open on March 20th in Dubai. Located in the Shangri-La Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, the restaurant’s kitchen will be headed by Christian de Nadai who trained under Don Alfonso himself.
