In the mood for some Authentic Korean cuisine?
Check out the Taste of Korea festival at the Crowne Plaza Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road. The hotel has brought in four Korean guest chefs from Intercontinental Seoul to whip up some authentic Korean fare through October 17.
Signature dishes on offer include traditional kimchi (a side dish of fermented vegetables and seasonings); kimbap (think: Korean sushi); kalbi (barbecue beef short ribs); bulgogi (grilled marinated beef); and the ever popular bibimbap, a white rice dish with vegetables, usually topped with a raw or fried egg and sliced beef.
