Maison Mathis, a 24-hour restaurant in the Dusit Thani hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, has launched a new Midnight Menu. The à la carte midnight menu has a sharing theme and features signature items from the chef. On the lighter side, there’s a baby spinach and feta cheese tarte and an Asian-inspired chicken and spinach salad with mushrooms and Parmesan. For heartier mains, you’ll find options such as chicken and beef burgers served in brioche buns with a side of Belgian fries; Scottish wild salmon with sautéed spinach, sea kale and caper gremolata; and a classic fish and chips. To assuage late night sugar cravings, opt for the Belgian waffles with mixed berries, whipped cream, Nutella and maple syrup or try the Parisian French toast served with homemade vanilla ice cream.

The midnight madness also has a set menu option for couples. Starters on the set menu include avocado and prawns and a traditional tarte flambé. Among the options for mains are a crispy sea bream served with Provençal vegetables; a cornfed baby chicken with mustard, herbs, lemon and spices; aubergine with goat cheese; and a mushroom risotto. In addition to the waffles and French toast dessert options, the set menu also offers a panna cotta.
