Blue Flame at Jumeirah Creekside hotel launches new surf and turf menu
Blue Flame at Jumeirah Creekside hotel has launched a new surf and turf menu, with classical dishes given a modern twist.
The menu, which is set by Chef De Cuisine Dannet D’Souza, begins with a choice of Obsiblue shrimp cocktail and endive salad with goat cheese prepared three different ways. Fish lovers can sample the Patagonian tooth fish, along with European sea bass and lemon sole.
For the main course, choices of meat cuts like Angus tenderloin, rib eye, Welsh lamb chops and whole baby corn fed chicken are available.
Blue Flame also offers a cooking pod to guests, encouraging them to learn advanced skills in food preparation and plating with regular cooking classes for up to five people. This happens from Monday to Saturday from 7pm.
