Publique is the second eatery concept for the team behind Bistro Des Arts, and the mountain cabin lodge feel was born out of a desire to offer something different.
Long-time friends and colleagues Jonathan Vercoutere and Julien Pilard are behind the new bar and restaurant that has a warm, rustic feel thanks to its traditional wooden bar, eye-catching Gondola DJ booth and chalet style terrace with water views.
The menu includes dishes like the foie gras crostini or the irresistible Alpinist burger made with fondue cheese, to the Publique specialty dishes, Raclette; melting French cheese served with potatoes and cold cuts, the ultimate comfort food or Pierrade; hot stone cooking which will have guests preparing a choice of meats and vegetables live at the table.
