Quest restaurant on level 63 of Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi is closing its doors on January 4.
The upscale restaurant was known for its unique and artistic dishes that took eating to a whole new level. There were salads made to look like gardens, a yuzu crumble dessert that looked exactly like a lemon and many other innovative displays of edible art.
The closure will make way for a new restaurant, called Ray’s Grill, scheduled to open at the end of January. The new concept will feature premium cuts of meat as well as inventive desserts. You’ll probably still see some artistic plates of food at Ray’s Grill as Quest’s Chef Benjamin Wyatt will be the chef de cuisine of the new restaurant.
The management team says, “It’s a new dining concept that we are all very excited about.”
