Designer Hana Tajima has teamed up with Uniqlo to create a modestwear collection featuring headscarves and hijabs.
The new range is part of Uniqlo’s LifeWear concept, and is designed to create functional yet fashionable clothing, made with Uniqlo’s signature lightweight fabrics.

Tajima’s Spring/Summer 19 collection is her seventh with Uniqlo, after first collaborating with the Japanese brand in 2015. The British Japanese designer has now included a range of headscarves in the collection, and has given tips on how best to style them.
The rest of the collection features lightweight linens and cottons, in neutral, earthy tones. From puff sleeve blouses to wide leg trousers, Tajima combines her chic and modest style with Uniqlo’s simple and functional ethos.
While Uniqlo has no physical stores in the UAE, the collection is available to shop online.
