Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, visited the Wightman Road Mosque in London on Wednesday to meet local children and assist London Islamic Cultural Society volunteers in assembling food hampers for those in need in the local community.
The royal wore a black caped jacket over a white shirt, a black pencil skirt and black tights, and covered her hair with a white headscarf for the visit.
However, it was her choice of accessories that got people talking the most. The duchess chose a statement leopard-print face mask and wore a pair of $26 faux-fur Pour Moi slippers to tour the mosque.
During the visit, the duchess spoke to volunteers about the important work they are doing and signed the mosque's visitors' book. A plaque commemorating her visit was also unveiled.
The Wightman Road Mosque was initially formed by a small group of Guyanese Muslims and now supports 30 different nationalities in the local community. The mosque is located in Harringay, north London.
Earlier in the day, the royal visited the Tottenham vaccination centre where she met staff, volunteers and patients who were receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.
In the past, the duchess has been open about her fear of needles and injections, also known as trypanophobia. However, she received her AstraZeneca vaccine earlier this year.
