Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day is almost here and there are plenty of places across Abu Dhabi and Dubai celebrating with them. If you haven't worked out where you'll watch the event of the year, we've put together a list of last-minute options worth considering:

Al Fayrooz lounge at Jumeirah Al Qasr is live-streaming the ceremony from 2pm. Guests will enjoy miniature wedding cakes, which they can enjoy there or take home. The event will be shown on 60-inch screens (with five throughout the venue), which means you'll get a front-row seat to all the royal action.

Wear 'something old, borrowed or blue' and head to the Souk Madinat Jumeirah venue to enjoy coverage of the royal wedding. The bar has 10 TVs in total with seven upstairs and two downstairs along with a huge projector. In terms of food, they are two brunch packages available: Royal Wedding Brunch and House of Winsdor. Also, from 1-4pm, guests can enjoy a British-meets-BBQ banquet or afternoon tea.

Be a part of the Royal Wedding brunch from noon to 4pm, where live coverage of the festivities will be screened - the ceremony will be shown at 3pm. Chef Gary Rhodes has put together a special menu that includes handcrafted sandwiches such as the Coronation Chicken and Roast Beef with horseradish cream. The broadcast will begin at 1.30pm, while food will be served from 2.30pm until 6pm.

Head to the Ritz for a royal afternoon tea from 2pm and sample "the Royal wedding cake" with flavourings of lemon and elderflower with buttercream and garnished with fresh flowers. The wedding will be shown live. The Library Bar will also be transformed into a “groom’s room” for men only, where a specially crafted menu will include beef tartare and Wagyu sliders.

For guests out Yas way, the Belgian Café at the Radisson Blu Hotel is the place to be. Starting from 1pm and running through until 7pm, the restaurant will be showing footage of the wedding. Those who attend can enjoy four-hour Royal Roast packages (starting from Dh125 person).

Blu Sky Lounge & Grill at Southern Sun

Blu Sky Lounge & Grill at the Southern Sun will be given a double dose of British action on Saturday. Take in the pre-wedding coverage from 12.30pm, then watch the betrothal at 3pm before catching all the latest action from the FA Cup final between Chelsea and Manchester United.

Doors open until 12.30pm with coverage of the ceremony at 3pm. Kick-off for the FA Cup final starts at 8.15pm

Magnolia Bakery with locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai have created a specific cupcake for the royal wedding. They've emulated the same flavours from Harry and Meghan's wedding cake and created a similar pastry. For a limited time, those interested in sample a taste can head to the bakery to pick up a slice of cake.
