Twelve metres wide, six metres deep and 1.2 kilometres long, the underground tunnel currently being built on Saadiyat island in Abu Dhabi will be the connective tissue between the institutions that will define the heart of the Saadiyat Island Cultural District: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and the Zayed National Museum.
