Property buyers could have a twinkle in their eye when they notice the latest launch in Dubai.
Sparkle Towers in Dubai Marina is open for registrations ahead of its launch later this month. Registered customers will have top priority when the sales launch takes place.
In a statement the Dubai developer Tebyan said the “resort-style towers” are “marvelled in crystal ornaments by Swarovski”.
The two towers consist of 29 and 14 floors and a four-floor residential podium with “panoramic views of Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence and the sea”.
“Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina is unlike any other development in Dubai or indeed the region, giving a new meaning to elite luxury,” said Naji Alia, the managing director of Tebyan.
The towers are set to feature interiors with crystals incorporated in the VIP lounge and lift lobby.
In addition to the Sparkle Towers at Dubai Marina project, Tebyan is working on two residential and hospitality projects in Jebel Ali.
